At Drafted, we believe everyone deserves a home that is uniquely theirs. We’re building foundational models and generative pipelines that create floor plans and renderings instantly. We’ve already generated 30,000 floor plans for future homeowners. We’re starting with single-family homes, with plans to verticalize across all dimensions of the pre-construction stack.

We’re supported by investors like Patrick Collison, Evan Moore, Ben Silberman, Josh Buckley, and Alt Cap, and advised by Sam Altman and David Holz.
